This is a nice quiet place, facing the river, with a private garden and lots of nature views around. Living here almost feels like staying away from busy city life.

The space is unique because it is in close proximity to an abundance of cafes, food joints, restaurants, fine dining places, nightclubs and bars. At the same time, it offers seclusion, silence, peace, quiet, and a relaxing, rejuvenating environment.

Koregaon park is a beautiful tree lined, green area to live in. It is a nice mix of old world charm with bungalows and silent by-lanes and at the same time it has many modern amenities and activities on the main roads. The area has many restaurants, cafe's, pubs, malls, theatres and parks close by. It is a preferred location to stay for many international visitors.

A bit about me,

Some of the things I love are hosting, travelling, being outdoors in nature, meeting new people and the practice of meditation. Participating in and also facilitating Osho meditation workshops has been a great Joy for me. I am currently learning Yoga and Therapeutic dance.

Professionally I have been a real estate consultant and investor for over 20 years and have also been hosting people for over 15 years. It has been so nice to meet new people through hosting. The varied interactions with guests over the years has enriched me as a person. Hearing and discussing with guests about hosting and real estate, has led me to appreciate how we are all different yet so unique. There is so much we can learn from and share with each other.
As a host I would like to provide, simple, clean, nature oriented and spiritual spaces for guests where they feel welcomed and can rest and rejuvenate themselves.
