We are located in the tourist area of Kowloon. Heart of TST, Jordan, Yaumatie along Nathan Rd.

The space
Welcome to Hong Kong. Thank you for choosing our place and we will be very happy to host you.

Our apartment is about 700s.f located in 4/F of Block A of Pak On Bldg Austin Road, Jordan. The building have 2 lifts for the convenience of our guest and our building is accessible 24 hours daily with Bldg Guard on duty 24/7.

Our flat is situated in a residential place, therefore we do not allow parties and we encourage guest not to create noise after 10pm.

We have total 4 bedrooms that comes in different sizes. We have rooms from single to triple occupancy. Each room have it's own private toilet, TV, aircon & wifi access. Guest have full privacy inside their individual room.

In the sitting room, we have a small open kitchen and a sofa bed to welcome our guest or a relaxation area for some guest. We have wifi access everywhere of our premises.

We have a small & dry pantry with basic facilities such as fridge, microwave and water hot/cold dispenser.

We have also few stackable stools and folding tables for guest use.

We do not charge cleaning fee, therefore we expect guest to maintain cleanliness of the area and facilities provided. Unless the guest mess up the place that we need heavy cleaning and we reserved our rights to charge our guest of cleaning and laundry fees.

Bath towels are provided for complimentary use of Guest and for personal hygiene purposes only. Please do not use the bath towel to wipe the floor or dirty object that would cause stain. Otherwise we will charge guest with HKD200 for every stained or defaced towels.

我整套房子，約80平方米(亦即大約800平方呎)。位於佐敦柯士甸道百安大廈A座四樓。本大廈有兩部住客電梯，也有廿四小時保安員看守。

房子有四個房間，都帶獨立洗手間，有雙人房間，也可住三人。每個房間都有電視，空調及無線上網。

客廳有高低桌子，及一張梳化床。舒適休閒。也有雪櫃冰箱，微波爐。

我們沒有收取任何清潔費，敬請客人保持地方清潔整齊，所用物品，敬請退房前，清洗乾淨才離開。

我們可以提供浴巾。務請客人保持毛巾清潔衛生，決不可以用於抹地或任何污糟物，如有毛巾弄污弄壞，需要賠償每條毛巾港幣200元。

在客人入住後，如需任何協助，可隨時與我們聯繫。我們的盡力協助，客人必定賓至如歸。

We are 2 min walk from the Jordan MTR station Exit D along Nathan Road or thru MTR Exit E (by escalator and 1 min walk to cross the road) to our Bldg.

Our place is very decent and wholesome location to live because it’s a residential home but along main road level. It’s just adjacent to Tak Sun Primary School. There are 2 bakeries and 2 Laundry shops in the building premises. There are also 7-11, Park N Shop, Watsons, JNC, Starbucks and 24 hours Mac Donald within the vicinity. Lots of fast food and restaurant to choose.

The Building is in the main road along Austin Road which makes it very accessible by all transportations but our flat is strategically in a quiet location that provides peace and complete relaxation to guest after a long and busy day out
