UNIT COMPLETELY RENOVATED – APRIL 2019 Come ready to relax in this 15th-floor east unit, offering 2000 square feet with semi-private entry from the elevator into your private foyer. This three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing for a truly picture-perfect beach vacation. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom and one guest bedroom, two double beds in the additional guest bedroom, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Indigo E1502 accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Homely décor and professionally-decorated coastal furnishings await you when you stay at Indigo E1502. Upon entering, you will find a foyer area, leading to both of the guest bedrooms. These spacious guest bedrooms offer premium mattresses for a good night’s sleep, attached bathrooms and a shared north balcony access, boasting spectacular views of Old River, the intracoastal Waterway, and Perdido Key. Step into the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring stunning granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a cooktop stove and oven, a microwave and dishwasher, along with all the utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The inviting living area offers comfortable furnishings and matching décor, as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Cozy up with your family for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Perdido Key has to offer. Adjacent to the living area is the gulf-front master bedroom.

Please note that as of 11/1/2020: Both pools and the hot tubs are now open. The grills by the pool deck are also open for guest use. The tennis courts and gazebos are closed with no timetable of reopening. With the exception of the fitness centers, which are now open, all other indoor amenities are closed until further notice and the business centers are open for mail pickup and drop-off only.

Per Indigo HOA's request, all guests are required to provide the license plate number(s) to their front desk before their arrival date in order to keep a record of everyone who's staying on their property. Due to limited parking, only two vehicles are allowed on the property. Please call our 24/7 call center to provide the requested vehicle information. Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Strict: Up to 1 Unassigned Garage Space & 1 General Parking Space; No more than 2 parking passes will be issued. The parking lot across the street is not for extra vehicles, only for your second car.
