Comprising a 10 m2 southwest terrace, overlooking the pool, you will enjoy the evenings and the sunset, and a second 5 m2 northwest terrace overlooking Saint Jean.
Located 12 minutes' walk to Saint Jean de Luz city center, marina, beach... then 2 minutes to Marinela shopping center.

The space
The apartment, on the quiet side of the building, can accommodate up to 6 people in a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
