Welcome to Bandra’s Chapel Road, an old East Indian Catholic village in the heart of Bandra. It is a narrow, winding road that runs through Runwar Village & is used as a short-cut by many residents of Bandra. The best part about this street is the numerous bylanes it gives birth to and each narrow lane has its fair share of graffiti. It's an entire one-bedroom apartment in a quaint house, on the first floor. Many places of interest like street shopping, churches, bars and restaurants are nearby.

The space
It is a one bedroom apartment, located on the first floor in an independent quaint house, you should expect to carry your bags up one flight of stairs to the room. The stairs leading upto the first floor are a little narrow because the house is more than 100 years old.

The Living Room - is HUGE and is equipped with a 6 seater sofa and one single sofa bed, along with two small centre/coffee table The living room has a window air conditioner along with a Smart TV where you can access Netflix.

The Dining Space - has a 5 seater dining table along with a mini bar cabinet with wine glasses, and complete set of bar crockery.

The kitchen - is equipped with induction and induction friendly cookware, along with all the cutlery and crockery. Refrigerator and washing machine are available as well. We also provide drinking water - 20L bottled bisleri, which is replenished once it's over. Other kitchen essentials like oil, salt, sugar, dishwash gel, washing machine detergent powder, garbage bags etc are all provided.

The washroom - is small but functional. Washroom essentials like shampoo, body wash, handwash, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, geyser for hot water are included.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a split aircon. If you're an avid reader, we have a book shelf with a small book collection. Extra set of blankets, bedsheets, extra pillows are available.

For the extra third guest , we provide one sofa bed (6 x 3 ft) in the living room. For the fourth guest, we provide a floor mattress.

Other things to note
For extra third person, there is a single sofa bed in the living room. For the fourth guest there's a floor mattress.

Small but functional washroom.

There is one aircon in the living room but the cooling is not that high, since the ceilings are more than 15-18 feet high and the room is big. There is one more aircon in the bedroom which works wonderfully.

The Neighbors living on the ground floor have adopted a dog. But he is very friendly and harmless!

The house is located at Chapel road, which is an old East Indian Catholic village with little bungalows and lanes. It is a road that connects Mount Carmel Church to Hill Road. It is narrow, winding road that runs through what was once the independent Runwar Village, but is now part of Bandra. It is a road that is used as a short-cut by many residents of Bandra travelling to or from the Bandra-Worli Sealink. The street art on Chapel Road is by multiple artists from all over the world. Some of them are pretty famous artists too! This has resulted in a pot pourri of styles and art that is quirky, whimsical, comical, serious, nostalgic.
