Come relax in the heart of beautiful Qualicum Beach. A newly built 350sq ft suite with 11ft high ceilings & outdoor patio boasts character and fantastic sun exposure. Ideal for 1 to 2 guests. Tastefully furnished 1 bedroom suite offers privacy, keyless self checkin and sits independent from the main house with step free access. A short walk to the nearest beach, golf course and heritage trail and just a 4 minute drive to the charming town. Equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The space
The open plan suite is packed with amenities.
Free wifi, smart TV with Netflix access is available. An outdoor hot water shower for those Summer beach days along with beach amenities are also provided. There’s even 2 bikes with helmets available for you to enjoy your local surroundings on 2 wheels ! The bathroom is equipped with a bluetooth speaker so you can play your favourite music throughout the suite using your smartphone while relaxing on the 500 sq ft outdoor patio complete with BBQ and all in complete privacy. This space is exclusive to you and is not a shared space. Sorry, but no pets allowed.

The bedroom:
A welcoming king size bed with warm duck feather duvet. Both Soft and Firm pillows. Plenty of closet space and shelving. Hairdryer.

The bathroom:
Towels are all provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower has a rainfall shower head with adjustable body jets. The extraction fan also doubles up as a bluetooth speaker !

Kitchen:
Its small but has all the essentials. A keurig coffee maker, kettle, a small fridge to store any essentials for your stay and an induction cooktop to make small meals. Pots and pans. Microwave and sole use of the outdoor BBQ.

Living area:
Open plan into the kitchen. 42" Flat screen smart TV with Netflix and a comfortable, large sofa which can also be converted to a sofa bed.

Outdoor Patio:
Landscaped and private with outdoor furniture and sole use of the BBQ. Hot water outdoor shower (off for winter) Car parking is available directly in front of the suite.

Location:
A 5 minute walk to the beach which can be accessed by stairs but there is also a step free route to the beach. A 4 minute drive into town where you will find restaurants and cafes along with a great size supermarket for all your food needs. Conveniently located right off oceanside highway making it easy to access surrounding areas such as Parksville, Coombs (the market here is a must see) and close to the inland highway.

A 4 minute drive into town where you will find restaurants and cafes along with a great size supermarket for all your food needs. Conveniently located right off oceanside highway making it easy to access surrounding areas such as Parksville, Coombs (the market here is a must see) and close to the inland highway. Located in between the beach and Heritage Forest Trail. The Qualicum beach inn restaurant and bar is just a 10 minute walk / 3 minute drive away and is a great place to enjoy good food while watching the amazing sunset.
