This beautifully remodeled 2nd floor historic property is located in Downtown Lexington. Walk to Rupp Arena, several cool bars/breweries and upscale restaurants. Smart TV's and high speed internet service. Beautiful kitchen with gas range and stainless steel appliances.

The space
A turn of the century showpiece brought into the modern era, this upper floor unit is a perfect space for your group. With a beautiful kitchen, high quality cookware, cutlery sets and dishware, preparing delicious meals is a pleasure. We offer plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Two off street parking spaces are available for your use. (the driveway is a bit tight but we are able to fit our Toyota Sequoia - anything wider would not fit; however there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the property). Must be able to climb stairs, as we have a flight of stairs leading to the main living area (this area has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a full bath) and another set of stairs leading to the primary suite.

Other things to note
PLEASE HONOR THE QUIET HOURS of 10pm-8am. At over 120 years old, sounds transfers downstairs and makes It difficult to rest If the TV Is playing or there’s loud conversation.

In an effort to keep cleaning fees low, please start one load of bath towels in the washer and start the dishwasher or hand wash your dishes💕
