Constance is a nice person, she answered all questions, was quiet flexible with the arrival time and helped with the luggage. As I arrived in the morning, she offered green tea and ‘brioche’.
She also sent texts regularly to check that everything is going smoothly, which was a nice touch. The bed is very comfortable; the studio flat is at the second floor, it is bright but gets quiet hot during sunny days so you need to open both windows.
The kitchen has a big refrigerator and is well equipped which is very important if you like cooking.
There are two stations nearby at equal distance from the flat. It is approximately 10/15 minutes walking depending on how fast you walk. If you’re a lady you may want to consider avoiding high heels.
Also, the neighbourhood is great and safe, I really enjoyed the place.
There are three tiny little cons, the bathroom is quiet small and has a small window facing the neighbours window, so you don’t know how discrete is it; the absence of a couch or sofa, as the little blue ‘mattress’ on the floor is more like a tiny sponge which is not very comfortable or practical if you want to eat something or drink tea in front of the TV; there is not enough storage/space to put your luggage or clothes specially for long stays. But all of these are not a deal breaker if you consider the other pros.
