Enhanced Clean
This host committed to Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process.
Eyrie at top of Morse Mountain provides spectacular 360 degree views of Atkins Bay, Popham, Monhegan, Seawall Beach, Small Point, Casco Bay, and Mount Washington on clear days. A short hike or drive on private road to remote Seawall Beach. Perched on the very top of Morse Mt., one can look down on bald eagles and other raptors soaring over the Sprague River Marsh below. In winter the road is not plowed so guests may have to hike, ski or snowshoe in.

The space
Rebuilt in 2002, it is well insulated and comfortable year-round. Off season rentals offer quiet solitude, bug-free walking, spectacular sunrises, sunsets and star gazing. It is the only house at Morse Mt. that is available year-round and also the only one that is wheelchair accessible. Downstairs are a large open concept living room with a wood stove, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Also downstairs is a bedroom with queen bed, a fully accessible full bath, and a utility room with a washer. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with queen bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, and a full bath. A sundeck opens to south, sheltered from wind. In summer, there is a sleeping cabin with a queen and single bed (no bathroom ensuite), available with advance request. There is internet service and plenty of puzzles and games; there is no television.
