Josie was definitely the best host I could have imagined for my first week in London! She is a joyful and helpful person and I enjoyed chatting with her over some tea. Despite my late arrival she was waiting for me with a warm welcome, showing me around the house and explaining m…

Josie is a good person but not very patient (and a bit rude) with people who do not have a perfect english. The house is very beautiful and comfortable, but different from the location described in the advertisement. In consequence of her impatience, I had to find another place t…

So sorry that you did not feel I was patient Irtis. There was considerable turmoil from the moment you arrived after we both waited for your driver to appear. When you arrived you were in a state of anxiety . It is hard to meet the needs of anyone who is going through emotional turmoil when they are fleeing a destructive relationship as was happening for you. Your arrival in your upset state brought your turmoil to my home from the moment you arrived. It was particularly difficult for me as you gave the impression /pretence you understood English and it was apparent that you did not. You said that you had understood the important information I spent much time giving you about setting the intruder alarm . Sadly you did not understand and consequently when you left the house the intruder alarm was set off whilst we were still in the house. The first morning when you returned from your " jam "was the same and the intruder alarm woke me out of my bed as you arrived back at my home at 3 in the morning. So sorry I was not able to calm the waters of your emotional state and the communication divide kept us apart . There was no reason to pay to go elsewhere other than your friend had offered you a place to stay . "I had to" should be "I chose to". This was preferable for you as your friend spoke your language and could communicate with you in a time when you needed emotional support. For anyone reading this and according to (Hidden by Airbnb) maps Oxford street is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute drive by car . It takes me 20 mins by bicycle. - I call that close by. Travel time anywhere in London is dependant on traffic conditions. (which is why I chose to cycle !)
