The apartment is so pretty and has all the comforts. It's 30minutes on foot (nice promenade) far from the centre of Malaga, and it's in front of the beach. It' a little bit difficult to find a parking for the car.

Lucia's place was very clean and fully equiped. It's a great studio for a longer stay, because there is a washing machine available in the flat. House is in a perfect location, the beach is on the other side of the rode. Bus stop was close to the house as well as the super market, bars and restaurants. The only downside was that the studio window is facing the busy street, it was quite loud.

Pros: The room is just like the picture that it is pretty clean and practical. It was well located as the house was nearby where I live so my guest could visit me anytime. Cons: 1. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION - I could not contact the host the day before the arrival and the date of the arrival through both email and phone. I left voice messages and emails but they were never replied. The host finally replied me back that she would be at the house by 14:00 on the arrival date at 11:00. I was thinking to cancel the reservation as I was not sure. However, she replied finally. Well, unfortunately, she was no-where to be found at 14:00 and did not answer the phone. After 15 minutes of trying, she finally called me back and asked me "WHO AM I". I was dumbfounded and embarrassed in front of my guest. She could not remember that I had a booking in her one of studio room. I explained who I was then the host told me her mother would be there in another 10 minutes. I had my guest arrived from all the way from Singapore with me already by the time I could finally talked to the host. As the host could not speak English, her husband on the phone explained the host was in a training in Madrid with her baby. That was why, she could not reply me in timely manner. Well, I am sorry to tell the host this that please do not sell if you are unable to manage the rooms that you have poorly converted only for selling on Airbnb. 2. HORRIBLE SHOWER - as the house is converted into 3 individual rooms from a proper house. It has its own small water tank that does not maintain hot temperature for more than 5 minutes for 1 person. It would be okay for summer but not for winter. As we did not know how it work, I contacted the owner (of course, after few attempt, we could finally contact the host) and she finally called me back with very annoyed voice that she would send her mother the next day. The next day, her mother and a technician came but did not do anything but explained how it really works, which was to do quick shower and wait some time for another person to shower as the water tank is so small. 3. NOISE from next room - as poorly separated into 3 rooms only for serving Airbnb rooms, you can here the all the sound the other person makes or does from the room. Hope this does not happen to other guests!

What an amazing apartment! The only (bad) thing I can say about it is that the front street is very, very noisy. But with the window down it was fine for us. The apartment is perfect for 2 persons. Very close to a busstop where busses are stopping like every 5 minutes and it's also very close to the beach with a lot of nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend this stay if your in to living in Malaga like a local. Lucia herself we didn't had the chance to meet but the neighbor let us in and showed us around. She was very nice, didn't spoke english tho but yeah, living like a local as I said. Cheers, Lars.

The studio is bigger than the photos suggest and has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron etc. Though it is on a busy street we didn't find it noisy and slept in every morning. It is a very short walk to the beach with a great selection on café/restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.
