This little A-frame cabin has everything you need for the perfect weekend getaway! Pros: -Price -Beds (so comfy!) -House was fully stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, robes, etc -location is convenient if you want to visit both Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead Other: -If you are looking for seclusion, this house is in a neighborhood with other houses quite close by. I couldn't really tell that from the listing, and wasn't bothered by it, but just something to note -The house is located right off the highway, therefore you can hear cars drive by, and there's not much of a view. The trees surrounding the property are pretty though! Overall- for the price, the place is a great value and sleeps 4 very comfortably! On my next trip, I might look for a place with a view and a jacuzzi, but I'd be happy to stay here again!

Ryan's cabin is absolutely gorgeous and located close to anything you wanted to do. It was peaceful, quiet, and far enough away from the crowds that we felt like we were alone. Ryan went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And we look forward to coming back! (As Ryan's instruction says, a high clearance vehicle is HIGHLY recommended, but we made it work with our sedan. :) )

Our family really enjoyed staying in Ryan' place. It is close to the lake, and has everything we needed inside the cabin. Ryan is very nice and helpful, he provide very quick responses to our questions about how to use the house.

Clean, comfortable, furnished, and welcoming. Stocked with movies and board games for entertainment and family bonding. A few hiking trails and restaurants nearby. On a decent hill, which would work great for sledding, I imagine, but not as helpful to play in during the summer. Overall very satisfied.
