I am a well college-educated (MIT alum) professional. I am also a landlord and often rent out rooms on daily, weekly, and monthly lease basis.

During your stay

BEFORE making the reservations, please KNOW that:

1) Safety and security are our most important priorities and for everyone living on the premises. Because of these reasons, we have about a dozen surveillance cameras, monitoring all the COMMON areas (main entrances, hallways, kitchens, parkings, etc.) of the premises at 24/7, both inside and outside. For YOUR safety and security, the backgrounds of all current tenants/residents have been screened and CLEARED of criminal records. In addition, all permanent residents/tenants living on the premises are fully VACINATED and boosted; thus, all AirBnB guests are expected similar screenings.

2) Because of these safety and security reasons, a copy of a government-ID/driver license AND a copy of vaccination (with booster) card of EACH adult AirBnB guest are required to send/text to the Host to (4Zero8) 5Zero6-One33Nine, immediately AFTER your reservation, at least 24 hours BEFORE your 4PM check-in time!. Please contact the host at the above cell number if you have any question or concern.

3) Making a CORRECT reservation is important: 1 guest = 1 person; 2 or more guests = 2 or more people (children & adults) so that we can properly prepare towels, etc., upon your arrival! (Please don't make a 1 guest reservation of a single bedroom for a family of 5! This had happened before!).

4) Since AirBnB hosting is a temporary activity, which allows prospective tenants/residents to try out our premises before deciding to stay for the long-term, we are actively seeking for long-term tenants/residents to fill your bedroom/suite. Long-term tenants/residents with signed month-to-month leases normally receive reduced rates. If you are interested as prospective long-term tenants/residents, please let us know. Thus, we will have appointment(s) to show your bedroom/suite between the hours of 11AM (checkout time) and 4PM (check-in time) or arrange with you. We will keep you informed of these appointments as far in advance as we can. Please let us know if this is an issue for you.

5) Street parkings are FREE (no permit required) and plentiful. (Please DON'T park on the driveways as they are RESERVED for permanent tenants.)

We will provide not only a comfortable bedroom/suite with all the necessary amenities but also a safe and secure home for your stay. We hope you will be a part of our growing community and extended family in the future!
