This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

The space
Our kids ( 3 and 8 years old) are excited to become hosts too!. Please note the independent room is not fully sound-proofed. You might hear the occasional children's giggles or my husband's cello sounds.

Location

Beacon, New York, United States

We live in a quiet residential street next to the Mount Beacon Park. The land behind our house is forest. That makes our location quiet and peaceful. Lots of birds and other animals will be here to greet you as well. Save to walk to and from Main Street.

I'm a performance artist, and early childhood educator. I moved from Brooklyn with my husband and 2 sons to be near the mountain and close enough to NYC. I'm originally from Spain and traveled a lot in my 20's. I wish Airbnb had existed back then! I am excited to become a host and to share a piece of this beautiful Hudson Valley with you.
