The building itself was built in 1975. The flat underwent a full renovation to make the most of the larger spaces that these older apartments tend to offer.

You can get to the beginning of the the walled old city within a 20 minute walk, the center of the old city is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive or cycle. [N.B. this is how long it personally takes me to get to the old city from the apartment, some guests get there sooner while others get there later than that].
