Stay in our guest bedroom with a queen futon sofa bed, in an 1874 house. This quiet street is 10 minutes walk from Brown and RISD, 15 minutes from the train station, & 20 minutes from downtown. Private bath. 1 off street parking spot is included.

Peter is a great host. He was attentive to our needs and answered all our questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from many attractions and good restaurants. Highly recommended!
