One bedroom attic apartment filled with light, color and paintings. Great views of San Francisco to the south and west. Conveniently located in the southeast part of the city making it close to other cool neighborhoods the Mission, Downtown, SOMA, Dogpatch and Mission Bay.

The space
I’m an artist and designer so I like to have a tidy and colorful home filled with paintings, books and rugs. Amazing views west to the sunset, and south to Bernal Hill and San Bruno Mountain. The eat-in kitchen is filled with light all day. I love to cook so kitchen is stocked with necessary tools and spices (which you may use.). I also love to keep it cozy with a gas fire, tempurpedic queen bed, feather quilts.

Potrero Hill has the best sunny weather in the city! Watch the fog roll over Twin Peaks but stay in the sun. Classic steep streets-think Steve McQueen in the Bulllittt car chase scene- give multiple views of the city and the Bay. My place is in a residential section with easy street parking. Charming neighborhood commercial zone along 18th Street with Farley’s café, Christophers Books, and many good restaurants. Good life grocery, Thinker’s cafe and public library along 20th street. Other grocery options: Whole Foods on Rhode Island Street, and Safeway on 16th Street, or Chiotra’s Deli one block uphill on Rhode Island.

(She/her) I’m a landscape architect, teacher and artist. I will have lived in this house on and off for 30+ years! I designed the reno of this space in 2008. In addition to designing landscapes (and my own home) I enjoy painting, cooking, and watching the garden grow. I teach design studios in landscape architecture.
