Villa Nyima is set on a 1,600m² property with three independent houses, each with its own private space, surrounded by lush greenery. The distance between them is greater than the regional standard, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Sustainability: The house was built using containers (with thermal and acoustic insulation), reforested wood, well water collection, solar energy, and a composting system.
Important for families with children: The deck has no railing, and its highest part is about 1.20m. The staircase also has no handrail.
House rules: Our neighborhood values peace and quiet. If you're looking for a place for parties, loud music, or gatherings after 10 PM, this might not be the best fit.

You will have access to all areas of the house and garden. However, keep in mind that some areas, such as the pool, are shared. Please respect the boundaries of your new neighbors and aim for a harmonious coexistence.
Other things to note
This is a place dedicated to peace and tranquility. If you’re looking for a house to party with friends, drink excessively, speak loudly, play loud music, or take up too much space, please book another property.
A fee will be charged for stained sheets and towels.

This is a non-smoking house. If you wish to smoke, please use the covered deck.
Your dog is very welcome! Please inform me in advance so I can install the fence around the house. However, your pet won’t have access to shared areas like the rest of the garden and pool, as I have cats.
The kitchen counter is covered with epoxy resin and is sensitive to heat. Please do not place hot pans directly on it. If damaged, a repair fee will be charged.
Bedding and towels will be provided according to the number of guests.
Since there are few Uber drivers in the area, I recommend coming with your own car or renting one.
