This Beautiful waterfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. It is located only 40 minutes from Gros Morne National Park, and only 20 minutes from Marble Mountain ski resort.

This property is located on the Humber River with a shared dock perfect for summer water activities and for winter snowmobiling. Hit the NL groomed trails in just 5 mins from our backyard!

We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

The space
Clean and cozy riverside house with 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 queen beds that sleeps a total of 6 guests! This house has a main sitting area that has a beautiful view looking out over the river, and a second living room that is perfect for your entertainment needs such as Bell fiber optic high speed internet, TV channels, Netflix, board games, and an old-school Super Nintendo!
The back yard has a deck off the sitting room with a BBQ and a patio set. In the summer months bring your water toys! This dock is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and boating to name a few. Also you can enjoy having a fire on a calm night in the peaceful backyard!
This prime location is amazing for the winter months as well, its location is great for the snowmobile season as the frozen river leads directly to the NL groom trails!
This home is situated in a well-established peaceful neighbourhood, and is very close to Humber River Walking Trail, playground, baseball diamond, soccer field, and public beach access.

Deer Lake provides summer fun activities such as walking on trails, sun tanning and relaxing on the beautiful town sandy beach, golfing at Humbervalley Golf course, salmon fishing, and visiting Newfoundland Insectarium.

Winter activities consist of snowmobiling, snowshoeing or cross country skiing at the golf course or walking trails, and ice fishing. Also visit Deer Lake Hodder Memorial Recreation Complex that has a swimming pool, bowling alley, and skating rink.

We are Michelle and Todd, we like to keep busy whether it's traveling, skiing, hiking, biking or swimming, we rarely sit still. We also live on the water in Deer Lake, next door to this location. We have had so many great experiences with Airbnb while travelling, and we realize how important it is to stay in a comfortable, clean and memorable home.
