A 3 bedroom guest house located on 500 acres of farm land located just five miles from downtown Natchitoches. Sit on the screened-in back porch overlooking the wooded view, while listening to the birds sing. Walk a trail and explore the property, including getting a view of the Red River. Or drive to downtown for shopping; dining and a variety of weekend festivals.

The space
We have about 3 miles of walking trails, seasonally based on river levels. We are located on Red River and you can easily walk there within minutes where you can enjoy beautiful views and fish.

Location

Natchitoches, Louisiana, United States

Our place is located about five miles from downtown Natchitoches, just past the red river bridge. There is not a neighborhood. We are basically in the country but only minutes from downtown Natchitoches where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants as well as historic tours and frequent festivals.

My husband and I live on the farm and love being in the country. We routinely spend time on the trails, picking berries, sitting around bonfires and gazing at the stars. We have most of the property in hay and soybeans. We also have some cattle grazing, pecans trees and bee hives. We have two dogs, Roy and Pat and three beautiful children. Happy happy happy.
