Haus Felsenegg welcomes individual travellers, sports enthusiasts, culture lovers and nature lovers with its uniquely designed suites in a quiet location in the climatic health resort of Völlan near Lana.
Merano is 15 minutes away by car, and Bolzano is 25 minutes away.
The starting point for several hikes is right outside the door; many other hikes and excursions can be reached by car or bus (the bus stop is right outside the door).
Swimming facilities are easily accessible by car or bus!

The space
Bright, individually furnished holiday flat, built and fitted to the highest standards, ‘KlimaHaus A’ energy rating, controlled ventilation, eco-friendly plaster, Swiss stone pine beds, built-in radio with Bluetooth, large TV (43''), high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
An ornamental pond forms the centrepiece of the well-tended garden; however, the holiday apartment also has a private garden with garden furniture.
A washing machine and an iron are available and can be used for a fee.
We offer a daily delivery service for fresh bread rolls.
A parking space in the underground car park is available for each holiday apartment.
Bicycles can be stored in the basement. A fridge stocked with chilled drinks and a sparkling water maker are available.

Guest access
Access to the flat is from outside via a wheelchair-accessible entrance or via the stairwell. There is a lift from the underground car park, where you can park your car free of charge. You open the entrance gate, the garage door and the front door using your personal PIN, which I will send you before your arrival. There’s no need to worry about handing over keys or forgetting them.

You can set off on some lovely walks straight from the house. Many guests also start mountain bike tours directly from the house. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can drive to Lido Lana in about 15 minutes, leave your car there and explore the well-developed cycle path network – tours to Kaltern, Passeier, Merano and Bolzano or into the Vinschgau Valley are well within the reach of fit cyclists or e-bike riders.

Quiet residential area. Grocery 10 minutes walking.(currently unfortunately closed) - In Lana (about 5 minutes by car) all shopping facilities available - butcher Huber Speck (very well known) 5 minutes away on foot - Pavarotti has already bought here! Gasthof Falger 3 minutes walk away - local cuisine and pizza. If you want to eat very well, go to the restaurant / Hotel Kirchsteiger - everything is right here!
