Small (15 sqm) studio on a quiet courtyard, in an ideal location right by top and touristic locations of ARC DE TRIOMPHE/CHAMPS-ELYSEES, PLACE DE LA CONCORDE, TROCADERO/TOUR EIFFEL and also within walking distance (15 min walk) to PORTE MAILLOT and bus station to BEAUVAIS Airport .
Near all bus and metro stations (Ternes and Charles de Gaulle Etoile) - 5 min walk.
This beautiful studio is located on a quiet courtyard, and has:

This is a bustling area to stroll and shop especially on Avenue des Ternes with its department stores, FNAC, Darty, Monoprix and many stores which are some of the best places for clothes, perfumes, but also cultural goods, literally 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Underground parking is very close, also, the cheapest in Paris. The area between Place des Ternes and the Arc de Triomphe is considered one of the most exclusive areas of the capital, with its beautiful Parc Monceau, the real green lung of Paris and its hotels and very chic architectural buildings which are accessible on foot.
Finally, the Place de l'Etoile and the Champs Elysées are also a few minutes away on foot and the RER train at the Etoile will take you directly to Disneyland. The city tour will remind you that some consider Paris one of the most beautiful cities in the world! The apartment is located on a raised ground floor with translucent windows so it is not overlooked.
