Our charming studio apartment is great for those who want to quickly reach both the Five Lands and the main attractions of the Gulf as well as offering an intimate, bright and welcoming space to enjoy the city and a bit of relaxation! The central and strategic position with respect to the train station (5 minutes walk) and the sea (7 minutes walk) allows you to move by train and ferry with the utmost comfort to reach all the most famous destinations in our territory: Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Palmaria Island, Lerici and Tellaro! Ideal for 4 people, whether it is a family or a group of friends, Ca 'Rina has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant holiday. The kitchenette is equipped with induction plate, fridge, sink and crockery shelves. The house is heated with hot and cold air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower cabin, washbasin and toilets and electric heating. Ca'Rina is in the middle of the city! The historic quarter is very beautiful, lively and is definitely the first attraction of the stay. The Via del Prione is the ancient straight carriage of the city that from what was once the beach headed towards Genoa. An area of great walking and commerce, overlooking THE BALCONY OF THE CA'RINA, here you can find restaurants, bars and shops ready to satisfy your desires. Practically the possibility of touring the historic center and the possibility of taking the train for the 5 lands and the vaporetto for the gulf, the islands, Portovenere, Lerici and , again the five lands, make CA'RINA an excellent location to get to know La Spezia and its marine and terrestrial surroundings (Sarzana, Vezzano Ligure, Le Grazie, Fezzano, Marola, Campiglia, Biassa). From the hills that can be reached by courier with a few minutes or a walk uphill, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gulf.
