The space
Newly constructed (May 2019) uniquely designed property on the park downtown Cary. One of the most notable properties in Downtown Cary. Premium unique location - not in a sub-development, suburbia or blocks away - it is the hub of the newly revitalizing downtown. Studio was designed from the start to be a spectacular AirBnb.

Complimentary craft beer and handmade chocolate truffles both made in downtown Cary.

Great unit and location for work as the new town library (December 2019) is 200 yards away with work stations & rooms. There are numerous other places to plug-in if you need a break from working in the studio.

Studio is privately located in separate building with own heating and air conditioning. Queen size bed. Dedicated parking space next to unit entrance with motion detection lighting. Unit has multiple use areas - sitting area with couch, work station/eating bar, TV area with chair, closet, floor space for yoga/exercise, bathroom with fully tiled shower and outside landing with table and two chairs. TV with Spectrum Cable and Roku, charging station and Bluetooth speaker. Free Wi-Fi. Iron and ironing board. Bike lock in closet as and we have nearly 100 miles of bike trails in Cary (Map is in studio or on Town of Cary Website).

Kitchenette (no range or dishwasher) has granite counters, microwave, mini-refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, electric tea pot, coffee & tea provided, bullet blender, toaster, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware and utensils.

Studio entrance and parking is behind the main house (located on South Walker street) via gravel alley (Heater Cottage Alley) behind the main house as shown in photo. Guests can walk either direction on alleyway to access streets that lead directly to park and downtown attractions. Studio is close to everything, but quiet.

There may be some construction related noise in front of the house due to the new park. This is away from the studio that is on the back of the property. Also the owners may use the garage under the studio to put cars in and out - no other activities, but they take great care in being quiet. Generally during very reasonable hours. The garage has a very quiet garage door opener and the floor is well insulated, so may not even hear it.

Downtown Cary is a unique destination for a variety of events, concerts, weddings, and a hub of great places to eat and enjoy craft beer. This property is in the middle of it all. Photos show a cross-section of attractions within 100-400 yards of property.

Wonderful place to walk around and enjoy everything from fine/casual dining, ethnic restaurants, arts, ice cream, bakeries, brew pubs, concerts, food events, farmer's market, etc.

Married 30 plus years, have two grown sons. Living in Cary for the last 15 years. We just moved into this newly constructed property in May 2019. It's in a wonderful place.

It's been one of our dreams to have a hosting property in a small town setting. And this it.

Michele has worked in the hospitality industry in both restaurants and hotels attending culinary schools part-time. Brett is along for the ride.

Michele went to the University of New Hampshire and works in the health care industry with elderly populations. Brett went to the State University of New York at Oneonta, University of New Hampshire and University of Vermont. He works as an environmental consultant.
