Located in a quiet area (no exit street) and with a green area that cuts through the neighborhood, the house is approximately 1.7 km from the center, 6 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot. There are also two bus lines passing on the upper street.

It is close to an outdoor gym, 3 supermarkets and 4 bakeries. We're waiting for you! 🤗

The space
The house has the following spaces:

*TWO BEDROOMS, the first with a box double bed with pocket spring mattress, and the second bedroom with a box pocket spring bed with a double bed. Bed linen, as well as towels and soaps are provided by the hosts;


* LIVING ROOM, with a super comfortable sofa bed and a new 32" Smart TV so you can watch content on the internet and Digital open programming;

*KITCHEN, with household utensils, as well as a microwave, coffee maker and electric rice cooker;

*COOKING/LAUNDRY AREA: We decided to join the areas and there you will find a tank, a four-burner stove with an oven and automatic ignition, as well as a refrigerator so you can store your things and keep them fresh.

BATHROOM: Single bathroom located in the central part of the house, for the use of all guests.

REMEMBER THAT: The house is NOT on the ground floor, so to access the front door it is necessary to climb a flight of light stairs, with eight steps.

The house is new and is always undergoing improvements so that our guests have a good experience.

Guest access
The house is located on a plot of land where there are three more houses, all being adjusted to receive Airbnb guests.

Therefore, they share the hallway, allowing guests to access only the area of the house, for now.
