Welcome to my home filled with greenery. Located in one of Ho Chi Minh's most convenient district, guests can enjoy a quick trip into the city as well as explore the real local cuisine and atmosphere. There is a kitchen to share as well as free wifi and a laptop friendly workspace in every room. My place is perfect for solo travellers, couples and business travellers alike.

The space
This enchanting 3-bedrooms apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Saigon. The space is on level 1 with both staircase and lift access. It is nicely decorated with greens, solid beds, big windows and wooden floor, well-equipped bathrooms.

1.HOME COMFORTS:
a. Arriving:
- Please show the security guard your passport/ID to checking in.
- Find your complimentary drinks and snacks on the table.
- We provide bed linen and one small and one big towel per person.

b. Facilities:
- Kitchen: lovely kitchen and common area are shared for 3 rooms on level 1. Feel free to use it as you need to, and make sure to keep it clean and put back in order after used.
- Laundry area: washing machine and dryer are accessible on level 4. Each time used is 20,000 vnd.
- Internet: Enjoy free wifi anywhere in the house.

c. Privacy and Cleanliness:
- During your stay we will not enter your room unless you need help or in case of emergency.
- Put your trash bag in front of the room, we will collect it for you.

2.TIMING & SECURITY:
- Check in: 14:00 / Check out: 11:00 (noon). Please inform us if you arrive or depart soon or later than this time.
- The entire room is yours, that means you don't have to share it with anyone who is not stated in your booking. If you wish to stay more than 2 people, we are happy to provide you an extra bed at only 7 $/night.
- The house is guarded 24 hours. Your access is free anytime.
- Friends visiting: to ensure comforts and safety for all guests staying, we don’t allow any strangers in the house. If you like to invite any (local) friend over, you need to inform us at least 1 day before and provide us with information about your visitors. We have the right not to approve your friend’s visit if we find it suspicious. This is not likely to happen; however we seek for your understanding of our strict rule, as we want to avoid any problems, which happened before. Approval guests can visit you during 8am-9pm and have to provide valid identification to our guard at the gate. NO VISITORS OVERNIGHT STAYING.
