Our apartment is spacious, warm, and close to everything; across the street from beautiful Parc Lafontaine and Plateau Mont-Royal, close to Downtown, and the Village.
Plus, the large terrace lets you see Montréal like you won't see it anywhere else!
The apartment is in a centenary greystones building, typical of Montréal (especially in this area).
The room is perfect for one person, and can easily welcome two. In fact it regularly does.
All the common areas will be at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is space enough to store your food in the fridge and the cupboard. Washer and dryer are inside the apartment, and the living room is big enough to house us, you, and a couple of plants at the same time, and there'll still be plenty of space left.
There's a bbq on the terrace, and a piano in the livingroom.
High Speed Wifi is available everywhere in the apartment, but if you are more into books, there will also be more than a few at your disposal.
The apartment is on the third floor from the street, but since we are on top of a hill, the view from the terrace, in the back, feels like we are on the 10th floor.
Interaction with guests
We are both full-time workers, working at slightly different times, so we are mostly in the apartment mornings, evenings and weekends. It will be a pleasure to help you discover the city, and to help you figure out what fun stuff is going on right now.
We offer a calm, clean and respectful environment. The apartment is non-smoker, (but it is possible to smoke outside) and animals are not accepted.
While it is possible to invite somebody else to visit you during your stay, we ask that you ask us first.
