This cosy Beach House is perfect for a couple or single in particular due to its amazing sea front and sea view and the flowery garden in front of a huge veranda. Opening the wing doors of your sleeping room you will experience an unforgettable view to the beach.

VilanCool is a social project, run solely by locals. With your stay you support employment, education and a certain income to the local workers and their families. Every dollar you spend will be 100% re-invested into the project.

The space
Since VilanCool is solely managed by locals, all money you spent is to support the families and kids of our workers and the local nursing home (by EVISTA) we are building (20% of overnight spent is for the nursing home). If you like, have a look and visit EVISTA land, just outside Vilanculos.

We are also happy top serve you with local food for lunch or dinner. Please ask for the prices and meals our stuff. Even her, every single dollar spent, will be re-invested into this local business.

We only have local people in our neighbourhood (all big hotels and more people are at the North Beach). Their day starts at 6 o´clock and sometimes you will hear people talking at the beach preparing for fishing, building a boat or singing and dancing nearby.

Im born in Munich but live in Switzerland with my wife and dog. In 2014 I set up a social project in Vilanculos, Mozambique and opened together with locals a Beach Resort & Kite School. The project is self-funded and all money we generate stays in the project to support the local families of the workers of VilanCool. They are doing an amzaing job and you will feel like home if you visit us. My wife and me support them from remote e.g. on AirBnB requests. Thanks for supporting our project with your stay in our little paradise (Beach Houses of VilanCool are "FLYING TURTLE", "DANCING FLAMINGO", "SMILING DOLPHIN" & "SLEEPING DUGONG").

During your stay

Local team of Nercio (Manager & Kite Instructor), Dalton (Guest Manager) and Gloria, Fernando, Kofi and Antonio are always around and at your disposal. In case of any query kindly ask our team member. They will accompany you to the market, cook local food and full-fill all your wishes.
Since the IKO Water Sport Center is nearby you can have daily contact with other clients from all over the world. Important to know: the Center opens at 8:00 a.m. and closed at 18:30 p.m. During closing hours there are only house guests on the ground. It's you own lovely paradise.
