Pretty flat 42m2 located in the middle of the old town, 150m from the beach, 100m from flower market and 50m from Rossetti place.

Exotic and colorful decoration , lovely materials,fully equiped

2nd floor with elevator between two floors and 8 steps to climb. Elevator is small and only for one person

Check in only till 7pm, after on request and with 45e extra charge

Nicely and originally decorated , flat is perfect for your stay
You will be very confortable and cosy , 4 people max can enjoy their stay ( 1 separated bedroom with 160/200 bed) and one convertible couch, (160/200) in the living room ), and feel like at home
Of course it s a non smoking area

Flat is right in the middle of the old historical town of Nice , close to everything , flower market , rossetti square, art gallery street ,bars, terraces, and of course beach !!
Easy access from airport (Garibaldi stop) or train station (, cathédrale vieille ville) with the tramway, you ll have then 3/400m walking in the pedestrians streets

unfortunately , access with stairs , so not possible for wheelchair or People with difficulties to walk
