The house was originally built in the 1940s and is located in the 'Joshua Tree Village' on Park Blvd, the road that leads into the National Park. If you're into history - it is one of the original structures in Joshua Tree!

The space
The place is within walking distance to town, the Saloon, the National Park Visitor's Center, Coyote Corner Gift Shop, Crossroads Cafe, Park Rock Cafe, the Farmer's market, the Thai restaurant, Antique stores, the works. It's a 3 minute drive to the National Park Main Entrance and a great space to enjoy seeing it all at your own pace (the Park pass is good for 7 days so you come and go as much as you want). We're about 15 minutes to Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriet's, and Integratron.

The house has an awesome kitchen with lots of space, a table for 4, concrete countertops, dishwasher and fridge, gas range and oven, everything you'd need to cook, and sliding glass doors leading out onto a courtyard. There is a small small bedroom with a queen sized bed (blue curtains), as well as 'the nook' with a full sized bed (tan curtains).

We have a stereo system for music, great wifi, brand new 4K tv with HBO/Netflix.

Outside of the plumbing, we renovated the place with love for 7 months and are very proud to say it is done!

The Cowboy Pool is all properly plumbed and filtered. It is typically a May-October thing. We just added a brand new year round Hot Tub to the house!

The house has a guest house that is not rented separately, and can be added on for up to 2 additional guests.

All photography & commercial use must have written permission before booking property.

Get in touch with any questions, the house is a great way to experience Joshua Tree!

I'm Ryan, I've been out in Joshua Tree since 2013. Falling in love with the high desert took me by surprise. It's incredibly peaceful, calm, serene, and inspirational. It's a great place to get away from it all and discover your connections with nature and with yourself. I have a few places out here, all projects that I bought in rundown rough shape and fixed up myself. My first one is the Park Boulevard House in the Joshua Tree Village. It has a main house (for up to 4 people) and also the Guest House can be added on. They can both be rented together (6-7 people, the + the Guest House listing). The house is walking distance to the little town: the Saloon, Crossroads, the local Farmer's market, the National Park Visitor's center, the JT Health Foods store and just a few minutes drive to the Park. The other ones are all within 15 minutes from the town, and the Leeds Cabin is 25 minutes. 360 is about incredible views, boulders, and wildlife - more adorable animals than I've seen anywhere in the Morongo Basin. The Lost Boulders house sits on the most serene and explorable land, and has a spectacular energy inside. Starfire has an unmatched setting - perched on top of a hill, the only house on that hill, overlooking it's own mini canyon. The design and feeling at Chaparral Mesa is the most 'frontier'' - a true feeling of being a pioneer in a homesteader cabin. She recently not a brand new huge bathroom. The Whitmore House is all about sleek modern minimal design, a clutter-free experience that brings out the gorgeous desert colors in the mountains that surround. The Leeds Cabin is a small all-you-need-in-the-world cabin with nothing but beautiful quiet desert surrounds. At my beloved Outpost, I picture back in the Wild West a place that you've traveled for a full day to get to, to find out news from back East and rest your head and horse for the night. The historic Paxton Ranch sits on 16 Joshua-Tree-abundant acres, with gorgeous views and easy access to civilization. The JT House Flamingo, took an abandoned house and saw it come back to life. It is dramatically wonderful both inside and out. My most recent project, The Prescott House, is truly a luxurious desert experience with unreal views in every direction. The houses have been important and valued stages in my life. They have helped shape who I am today. I'd be happy to help plan your time out here, and let me know if you have any questions about the projects or the area in general. They are much more than 'airbnb's to me - I love each and every one of them! @joshuatreestays
