This newly-built, private 2nd-floor guest house has an open kitchen & living space, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a private deck. The space is at the back of our property above the garages. It's decorated beautifully and is quiet, yet it's within walking distance to award-winning restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and more. It's approx 5 minutes from downtown Cleveland's sports venues, the Flats, Ohio City, and about 15 minutes from the airport and east side landmarks. Off street parking.

The space
Heart of Tremont. Drive up the driveway and PARK....Newly constructed building on site of hosts' Victorian-home property. Modern, bright, private space with many amenities. Enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the deck or plan your day while relaxing in the studio bedroom. The Carriage House is its own private entity with bathroom and 2 flat screen TVs. I provide all of the Cleveland sports channels and golf channel. Across the hall is the living area with full kitchen and seating area. A couch with a pull out bed and dining area is also there for guests. Enjoy the owner/hosts artwork. Much of the space was hand built by Peter, the host, from 300-year-old wood of the original garage. Totally PRIVATE and BEAUTIFUL.
