The space
This cozy, yet feature-rich cottage is uniquely situated on Bancroft's Point. You will command an ocean-view from the newly built deck; Swallowtail lighthouse's flickering beacon, tempting you to explore all the islands hidden treasures!

Previously owned by a former local, avid birdwatcher and naturalist, you'll instantly feel at home in this greatly cared-for private family-owned cottage.

So bring a book (or two), brew a coffee in the Keurig machine, and sit back and relax in a cozy Adirondack chair. You might just see a Bald Eagle, soaring and wheeling across the field; grab the binoculars in the kitchen, for a better look!
