Thank you for pointing out the things that we need to do to improve our place, unfortunately, I was not able to be there to check on all the details before you checked in. I was there when the previous guests arrived and they all seem to be happy with our place. We are in the process of building more homes and what you saw there were the result of the construction debris that was not already cleaned up. Our staff is working hard to get all of the gardens finished. What you saw there is what we are using to harden the base of the new home. That area will have 6 homes in total. We had a Vietnamese guest and her group there, two American Groups and a Dutch couple since we completed the house. We had one cancellation and one NO SHOW (not an airbnb guest). Also you should have read that we are an ECO place, not an Urban setting and with 85 acres of land to maintain, specially during the rainy season, it makes it hard not to be muddy and full of growth. Finally, the pools were cleaned just before you arrived, so it happens that those pools are in the middle of the forest and it is expected to have insects and other critters near you, we do not use any chemicals we simply allow the water to flow freely, thus avoiding the necessity of any chlorine.
