Meena's place is very conveniently located above an awesome coffeeshop, one of the best places in town to grab a coffee or eat something, they have a wide variety of healthy foods, I recommend their wraps and kefir. I never met Meena but the staff was professional and helpful whenever needed. One thing that was a bit weird was sharing the bathroom with customers, it's the one and only bathroom in the whole coffeeshop, and you share it with the other guest too, and it's the washing room too, which can be slightly awkward, for this price around here you usually get a private bathroom and more comfort in general. The price is a bit higher than other places, but if you're staying short term it's good to check it out and the convenience of the coffeeshop makes up for it. It also might be directly below a flight path, when boeings land your windows might rattle a few times a day. Location is ok, there's a mall close by if you need to buy things, 7elevens are close too, and if you're a runner you can head over to chiang mai university, they have some nice running routes.

We didn t have the chance to meet Meena but we met Charles. So far this is the best Airbnb experience I had. Since the moment you arrive all the staff is very welcoming and kind. It was really nice to discuss with Charles and get some tips about Chiang mai and thailand. Finally, the food was really amAzing and totally worth it. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Just be aware that is not in city center although for 30 bath u can reach it in 10 min so it s not a big deal. I fully recommend this place for future Airbnb users.

I had a very enjoyable stay here overall. Comfy bed and room. Great AC. Wifi was good on my laptop but the signal was weak on my iPhone. The bathroom is shared with another Airbnb guest (if there is one) and the restaurant customers. The restaurant itself had really really good food! And Charles and his fiancé who are running it are awesome. I'd stay again!

Great place, great staff and great food. We really enjoyed their emphasis on local ingredients and natural food. The location is also note worthy, lots of street markets filled with cheap shopping and food within a 10 minute walk in any direction. They also allowed us to check in early when we had a very early train and on the day of checkout they allowed us to store our bags while we went out for a few hours. Overall just a really great place!

Lovely place, kind staff. My only complaint is that the internet isn't very good in the room — it's great outside of the room, but as soon as I stepped inside I got major connection issues. (Using iPhone 7 & MacBook Pro 2016)

I am a young, ambitious, hardworking Thai national. I currently work as a pharmacist at the local international hospital here in Chiang Mai but keep myself extra busy managing my health food cafe as well. It's hard work but I am proud of what I have accomplished.

5 things I can't live without:
1. travel adventures
2. kitchen dance parties
3. organic veggies
4. my wonderful staff
5. love
