Beautiful single-story house with large garden, barbecue, 4 suites, good quality wifi, just 30 meters from the sea, in the left corner of Toninhas beach. Dead-end street, easy access to markets, restaurants and 5 min drive from downtown Ubatuba.

Large, single-story house, surrounded by nature, just 30 meters from the sea in the privileged corner of Praia das Toninhas, on a residential, dead-end street.
Barbecue grill, Wi-Fi, shower to remove sand from the beach, complete utensils for preparing meals.
4 en-suite bedrooms with balcony door to the backyard. Backyard completely walled and safe for small children and pets.

Our house was built 50 years ago by my grandfather, so it is a rustic and simple house, but with the privilege of being a few steps from the beach, on the largest plot of land on the street, with a large lawn perfect for playing with children, family barbecues and pleasant moments outdoors!

Please note: we ask guests to bring their own linens, towels, blankets and pillows, as well as toiletries
