A home from home! Minutes from the Beach and Train Station, Villa Lu is ideally located to explore the Cote D'Azur. Fully Air conditioned. Gorgeous Ocean Views, off road parking, tennis court and swimming pool! Perfect for your vacation!

The space
Villa Lu is cozy, tasteful, relaxing and comfortable with a brand new kitchen complete with all modern amenities, a large furnished private summer terrace with uninterrupted sea views and 2 separate air conditioned bedrooms, Located in a secure gated community with common grounds makes the Villa perfect for a couple with 1 or 2 kids. It is also great for a girls getaway or a romantic holiday. The Living Room also has a large sleeper couch.

Guest access
Guests have access to a shared tennis court, a beautiful very large shared swimming pool and off road parking on the property. The main road is accessible via a private gate at the bottom of the property and the beach is just a few steps away.

Other things to note
Bedroom 1 with Double Bed. Bedroom 1 has a spring/memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 2 can also be fitted with the twin beds pushed together and a memory foam mattress topper to make a double bed. Both bedrooms and the living room all have large, quiet ceiling fans and individual (3) A/C Units.

High Speed Internet is included and there is also an Apple TV with a Sonos sound bar for use with your own iTunes account!

The large terrace has a stunning view with a built in BBQ and an outdoor sink. There is an electric roll out awning and teak table and chairs.

Neighbourhood highlights

Eze Sur Mer is a secluded little sea side village nestled beneath beautiful mountains on top of which Eze Village is perched. While there is no town per se; there is a GREAT little Italian restaurant 100m away for dinner, a French Cafe / Bistro at the train station, 2 Beautiful Beach Restaurants, a Watersports Center and a Fruit Kiosk in season. In the summer time there are open air concerts in the little Post Office community garden a few steps away from the bottom of the property and an air of mystical ambience with the sound of cicadas and the scent of night flowering jasmine. Besides relaxing and beaching, Eze is perfect for and cycling and Hiking, including a stunning mountain trail up to Eze Village.

I fell in love with Eze in 2010 and returned each year before purchasing my Petite Villa in 2013. Eze Sur Mer - quite simply put - is Magical! The location is perfect for exploring both the French and Italian Riviera's - although just spending a week in Eze at the Beach and hiking the hills is the perfect relaxing vacation. Of course, Monaco is a stones throw away for a night out on the town - and nearby Plage Mala and Paloma Beach offer more variety should one tire of Anjuna Beach. (Unlikely :)) La Petite Reserve is secure with its gated entrance and Guardian who lives on the property. The off road parking and easy access is a huge benefit if you are driving a car. If not, the bus stop and train station located nearby, make it possible to live here entirely without a car.
