Double bed (140 x 190) and private bathroom, green view and lots of sun! If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the place for you!

The house is quiet, but from the outside, you might hear cows' bells, eagles' callings and horses' clop. You will hear the church bells chiming the hour, the marching band and some music coming from the village, especially during the well-known summer festival "Riviviamo il Centro Storico".

The space
A kitchen and a comfy living room, with sofa bed, are available. There are also a well cared for garden with fruit trees (you are welcome to harvest!), olive trees, a vegetable garden and an amazing view.

There's no need for AC as the house is insulated, and a pleasant breeze makes spending time idly outside even more enjoyable.

Where you’ll be

Toffia, Italy

Toffia is quite a small town, its people are welcoming and kind hearted, and it hosts a market every Saturday morning. It is located just 50km north of Rome (35 minutes by train) and the closest train station is 15 minutes' drive away. I could come to pick you up but I highly suggest to rent a car and explore the land. Fara Sabina, Farfa's Abbey, an ancient Benedictine monastery, and the homonymous pools are just 10 minutes' drive away.

Waldorf teacher and nature lover living in beautiful Sabina, by permaculture principles. I grew up in Rome and even though I loved it I kinda always knew I would end up in the countryside. So here I am, surrounded by dogs and cat(s), living a mellow life. I like to cook, read, talk, play cards, hanging out. My motto is "you are what you do, not what you say".
