The space
🌴 Welcome to Villa Al’Mar – Your Beachside Retreat on Serenity Beach 🌴

Villa Al’Mar is a fully private villa located just steps from the sand, with direct access to Serenity Beach. Simply open the gate, and you’re at the sea.

This is not a hotel – it’s your own space to relax, cook, unwind, and enjoy an authentic coastal setting.
Set in the heart of a vibrant fishing village, the house offers a peaceful yet local experience, with surf schools, colourful boats, and weekend beachgoers creating a lively atmosphere. If you’re seeking a real, unfiltered beach stay with comfort and space, Villa Al’Mar is a great choice.

🏡 The House
• Private villa – NOT shared. We do not rent per room
• 3 AC bedrooms, each with attached bathroom (hot water)
• 1 bedroom with two double beds
• 2 bedrooms with one double bed each
• Fully equipped kitchen, private garden, and small patio on the ground floor
• First floor: large sea-view terrace with dining area and lounge
(Note: access to terrace is via outdoor stairs; no toilet upstairs)

🧹 Services & Facilities
• Daily cleaning by our maid (10 AM – 1 PM)
• Bedsheets and towels changed every 3 days (extra changes: ₹500)
• No meals provided – but food delivery is easy and the kitchen is fully equipped
• No live-in staff, but our assistant is available during the day if needed

⚡ About Electricity – A Local Quirk

As with many homes in Tamil Nadu, short power cuts can occur from time to time – usually lasting just a few minutes.
Villa Al’Mar is equipped with a UPS battery that powers lights and fans during these interruptions (AC and larger appliances pause until power returns).
It’s part of daily life here, and most guests adapt easily 🌿

• Pets are welcome (must be declared – any damages are your responsibility)
• Groups of friends and moderate alcohol use are allowed
• But: no parties, loud music or disrespectful behaviour
