This cabin is part of the West Lake Grove Association. The cabin has lake rights and is 50' from the lake. The association has 72' of lakefront. The beach is shared by the Lakeview Avenue association.

The space
This cabin is very well decorated with an Adirondack theme. It has a lovely front enclosed porch with a glimpse of the lake to the right. It has a large back yard. There is outdoor furniture and a small fireplace.

Where you’ll be

Caroga Lake, New York, United States

The association beach is large and sandy and sandy bottomed staying shallow for many feet, it is great for sunbathing, boating, or to let the kids swim and play. Kayaks may be launched easily. Please note there is no lifeguard. There is a toy box full of sand toys on the beach.
For those fishing enthusiasts, the lake is well stocked yearly. There is a Marina up the lake road where you can launch your boats. The Canada Lake Store rents boats, and kayaks hourly.
The beach is near Sherman’s, a former amusement park built in the 1920s. Sherman’s offers food, drinks & live music, 4th of July fireworks, and an ice cream. This cabin is a short distance from area restaurants.
Be sure to check out for this year’s awesome lineup for the Caroga Lake Music Festival. This festival is a is a five-week summer music festival in the Adirondacks offering a series of free performances and community outreach programs in the upstate New York region and beyond.
Also available at a short distance are a post office, general store, gas, ATM, two chapels, a museum, a golf course, a skiing and motocross mountain, and many beautiful Adirondack trails.
Surrounding areas are Gloversville and Johnstown, Saratoga Springs, Lake George, Cooperstown and Albany where you can enjoy fine dining, golf, thoroughbred horse-racing, world-class ballet, classical & pop music venues, caverns and spas, historical sites and art museums, the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Adirondack Museum, the National Museums of Racing and of Dance, and Great Escape Theme Park to name a few.
