The space

A house of 90 sqm with terrace with a cozy living room a large kitchen on the fifth floor of a historic building. connected very well with the center and 10 minutes from Termini Station and Tiburtina. A walk in 10 minutes you can reach the Coliseum and then the center of the city. The house is located in the university district in a district full of bars and restaurants, connected by metro and buses with all (website hidden) spring until autumn you can take advantage of a terrace to dinner out and enjoy the hills and the Roman city.
unfortunately there 's no elevator but sometimes when i don't work i can pickup the guests at the station and help them with the luggage .
i also rent all the apt. for 90 eu.
The neighborhood is very warm , full of restaurants and bars art gallery and quiet good nightlife very well connected with the rest of the city .

Great spacious apartment near public transport, lots of local shops and supermarkets. Good kitchen for cooking. Alessandro had very reactive communication and Suman was very helpful below as well. Recommend this spot.
