The space
This studio is approximately 600 square feet. The Racquet Club Garden Villas was designed by famed modernist architect William Cody, and completed in 1960. The property is listed on the Palm Springs Historical Registry. This is billed as a two-person space but you could easily accommodate a third (the sofa is a comfy place to sleep). There is a full kitchen and fridge, and small patio with grill. Ample parking. This is a gated community and is very quiet with no street noise. At night you can star gaze and watch the Palm Springs aerial tram climb the mountain.

Where you’ll be

Palm Springs, California, United States

The Racquet Club neighborhood is in the northern part of Palm Springs. There's a shopping plaza with a coffee shop and good modern furniture stores within walking distance. The uptown design district is within walking distance, but it's a good walk (approx two miles) and not in summer! Lyft and Uber is plentiful here, and of course and you are a 5 minute drive from everything. Being on the northern end of town, you are close to the aerial tramway and an easy drive out to Joshua Tree, the outlet stores, casinos, and more!
