First my apologies if your stay didn't go as planned. I acknowledge my part of responsability. As the cleaning lady was delayed and didn't let me know about it, I was a bit surprised when I received your emails.
I reacted quickly, called the cleaning lady to ensure that she would arrive in the early afternoon. I am sure it must have been quite frustrating to be in your situation but you must also let me some time to react. You left the apartment right away without warning me.
I am very responsive by email as you may have noticed so I am confident we could have found a solution together. As you called Airbnb and asked to be relocate right away, there was not much I could have done better to solve the problem.
Again I am very sorry about all of this, It could have been prevented. that is why I am not working with the same maid to make sure that my home is ready in time.
Anyway, thank you Olena for staying at my home. It was a pleasure having you there, and I'll be glad to host you again, so I can show you that I'm taking your feedback into account !
