Sarah, my apologies you didn’t entirely get the experience in the flat that you should have had and to warrant 5 stars. Thank you for drawing our attention to the garden, which has now been given a full once over and is looking good, I’m sorry this wasn’t the case during your stay. My apologies that a key had broken in the window lock, we were unaware of this and it is scheduled to be fixed shortly and for the lack of an extra duvet, which was very unfortunate as it was all in the flat but the correct bedding had not been left out when it was cleaned. With regard to the front window lock, it was in the flat too and we could have directed you to it had we known but take on board it should be easier to find in this hot weather! Again we are sorry you had a less than perfect stay; we want everyone to have a fantastic experience in the flat and it be a great base for exploring London.
