We rent out our wonderful house in the periods when we are on vacation ourselves. The house has a large and bright living room (60m2). The living room has a large sliding door, making the garden (facing south) and the living room one large living area. The completely enclosed garden has a BBQ, fire pit and a lounge sofa for the long summer evenings.

We have a lot of games, swings, rings, enough for the kids to have fun.

The space
We only rent out our home when we are on vacation ourselves. That's why our house is fully equipped and you won't lack anything. The open kitchen is fully equipped. On the first floor, we have two bedrooms, both with a double bed of 140 x 200 meters. There may be an extra sofa bed of 160 x 200 meters. The spacious, bright master bedroom is located in the attic and has its own sink. During your stay, you will sleep well on our 2.20 x 2.40 meter Swiss Sense bed. There is a toilet on all floors. The bathroom has a bath, rain shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with 3 ovens, a steam oven, a Quooker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
The dining table is 3 meters long and can easily seat 10 people. There are two high chairs at the table.

The house is 5 minutes cycling distance from the center of Schoorl and 15 minutes to cycling to Bergen. The beaches (Schoorl aan Zee, Hargen, Camperduin) can all be reached within cycling distance (20 minutes) or by car within 10 minutes.

The house is located on a green garden where small children can enjoy cycling and playing. In the area there are plenty of activities to be found, which can be a solution even in bad weather. In addition to the climbing dune, the dunes and the beach, we regularly go to playgrounds such as De Goudvis (with large outdoor playground) or Ballorig, animal parks, Blanckendael and Hoenderdaal or the swimming pool, Hoornse Vaart. Alkmaar is a 15-minute drive where you can shop, a large cinema is located and there is plenty to do. Of course, we can provide you with many more tips from the area.
