Our apartment is perfect for families and groups composed by 4/5 people during all the year.
Recently the interiors have been renovated making the apartment cozy and comfortable; rooms are luminous and functional.

Interaction with guests

Included chances:
visit our farm where me and my parents conduct grape and olive cultivations;
taste our wines and extra virgin olive oil: we produce wines from merlot, sirah and chardonnay grapes.

Other things to note

Car is suggested, preferably small considering the narrowness of some street. Parking is very easy just beside the apartment.

Looking forward to meet you!

Staying here you are part of the historic part of Salemi. You drive down narrow streets (with a guide the first time!) and become a resident of the neighborhood. The local bar (caffe) is a few minutes away and a green grocer in piazza Liberta. The view is wonderful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and a nice breeze comes through the house. We did not need the AC. Sunrise over the distant hills was lovely. Our hosts went out of their way to help with information. The city is wonderful to explore on foot, good museum. Great base for Segesta and even the saltworks in Nubia. It was a place we hope to return to!

We had a great holiday in this apartment. The welcome was very warm. The house is located in a quiet, perfect area. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and complete. It also has good sleeping places. Nicola is an welcoming, interested host, which is very responsive to questions. We recommend this apartment and this host when you visit this part of Sicilië.

Nicola was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the appartment was perfect for our needs. Nicola met us in the Piazza and helped us to find the place (if you've been to Salemi, you'll know that this isn't easy!) He made us feel comfortable, offered great suggestions for things to do, and even made reservations for us at a restaurant near Salemi We loved our stay and recommend Nicola's appartment 100%

It was very easy to communicate with the host and everything went really smooth, even narrow streets of salemi weren't that scary thanks to his guidance. Great place to stay during a car journey around Sicily

Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, and just a few minutes' walk from the castle, cafe, and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Nicola and getting to know Salemi through his eyes. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. If you're visiting Salemi and have a car, Salemi is a delightful little town from which you can drive an easy distance to Castellammare, Marsala, etc.

Nicola's mother came to guide us to the apartment through the maze of little streets in Salemi. This was a life-saver! My first time driving on the right-hand side and in towns with tiny winding medieval street layouts. Meanwhile, Nicola had picked up the charging cord I left behind at the previous Airbnb. Nicola took excellent care of us in every way and even took us to the beautiful farm owned by his family where they grow grapes and olives. We were then taken to one of the ancient sites near Salemi that goes back to pre-Greek times. We then were given a tour of the town. I can personally recommend the Mafia Museum. It is not just a bunch of exhibits but are rather chilling interactive experience. You can feel the real shock of those times back in the 70s, 80s and 90s.

Graduated in business and administration, I care about the farm with my parents: we produce grapes, wines and olive oil. As a host I do pay attention to my guests' needs, I like talking with them about Salemi, its traditions and its places to visit. I love travelling, till now …
