Three Tiny Cottages with sweeping Seaview's and beautiful sunrises over Mercury bay and Islands beyond.
The bathroom/laundry facility and washing up sink
are across the drive in a separate cottage.
I have an age limit of 8 years and over, unsuitable for infants.
Cottage with kitchenette and star gazing loft sleeping double.
Bedroom with Queen bed , bunk room sleeps 2.
Covered BBQ and internal porch with seating for 6
Outside alfresco table and bench seats, front porch to soak up the views.

4km from whitianga township.

Guest access
You have your own private drive/parking spaces and all 3 cottages are self contained for your personal use.
There is parking room for small boat, jet skis, bikes please confirm when booking.

Other things to note
Cooking condiments available and tea/ coffee/sugar.
There is a cold water tap in the kitchen cottage for drinking and stone sink for food prep and hand washing.
The kitchen sink with hot water for dishes is in a separate cottage across the driveway, with bathroom facilities, shower, toilet, vanity and laundry, washing machine.
All crockery etc. is provided.
Beach Towels/umbrellas/beach chairs/
Boogie boards, tennis raquets,balls,spade for digging at hot water beach.
Recycle bin behind bathroom utility.
Please put rubbish bag on departure in black rubbish bin, bottles in green bin.

The cottages are at the top of the hill overlooking the bay with a 7 minute walk to the beach and The Office Coffee cart waiting for your caffeine fix.
10 minute drive into Whitianga township with fabulous cafes and restaurants and much more to explore.
There is a folder with information about your accommodation etc and local brochure knowledge.

Welcome to the Black Blonde Baches, my passion and love for tiny home living has helped me create 3 gorgeous small spaces for everything you could need with fabulous sea views and a private romantic setting. I live at the back of the property with booj my border terrier in my converted 42sqm garage which is showcased on Youtube "Living Big in a Tiny Home" .
