Sparkling clean5 recent guests have said that this home was sparkling clean.

Basic accommodations in historic Woodberry. Centrally located near Hopkins, Penn Station, and lightrail. This house is an excellent value for groups and offers tons of space for solo travelers or couples! Woodberry is the previous home of Baltimore's textile mills. These massive brick buildings, repurposed for mixed-use, provide a unique setting for the neighborhood. Woodberry is directly north of Druid Park and west of Hampden. Hampden is stacked with extraordinary shops, bars and restaurants.

Kelsey is accurate in her description of a no-frills place to stay in a great neighborhood at a great value. She was prompt and helpful in communication and has two sweet animals. We loved checking out Woodberry and Hampden while in Baltimore for a wedding.

The place was everything it was advertised for. Definitely would book again if in the area.

Is a good place for the price and to stay only a couple nights 1 or 2 max. The bathroom is in this room so the hosts have to go through your room to get to the bathroom which is uncomfortable. Other than that is a good place.

Response from Kelsey:
The fact that the bathroom is shared, and specifically that it is adjacent to the guest space, is mentioned several times in the description of this listing. It specifically says, "Do not book this listing if you are uncomfortable with a minimal level of communication about bathroom use." Additionally, there are room dividers in the room which maximize the privacy of guests and minimize guest/host interaction related to the bathroom. Finally, I make an exceptional effort to respect the privacy and routines of guests. This includes maintaining an excellent relationship with my local coffeehouse, where I frequently go first thing in the morning to allow my guests to move about the home with no interruptions to their morning routine.

Kelsey was very kind and allowed for my friends to stay at the house even though I wasn't staying at the house. I'm thankful for her flexibility and kindness in allowing our group to come later than we anticipated arriving.
