Right next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, laundromat, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. This non-smoking apartment has been fully remodeled with all new appliances, fixtures, cabinets, flooring and lighting. Fully furnished with eat-in kitchen, new bath and beautiful bedroom. Parking for one car included.
