Situated on Cap d'Antibes with in 15 min walk from the beach of La Garoupe and grocery shop and 25 minutes walk from La Salis restaurants and beach.

The house is in a quiet residential area. The old town of Antibes can be reached with in 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes walk. Visit the port, the old town, the Provençal market and the Picasso museum.

Juan les Pins city is also 5 minutes drive by car.
