Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants. Parking is available outside.

The space
Designed to welcome professionals or tourists seeking rest and tranquility in the best conditions, it is located in an ideal setting for your short-term stay or for a longer period according to your needs. You have the option to park directly in front of the house for free.

You will therefore find in the room a double bed, a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, a coffee table, a TV, Wi-Fi, a closet and reversible air conditioning.
In the kitchen: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, oven, pots, pans, fridge with freezer, dishes and utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
Condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) are left at your disposal.
In the bathroom: hair dryer, sink with mirror, toilet, shower, broom, mop, iron and household products.

For the comfort of all users, we ask you to take care of the equipment available to you, to store it carefully after use.
We will be reachable by email or phone before your arrival, to plan your stay and answer any questions you may have and of course during your stay, for any information about the apartment or your research on Tournefeuille or the Toulouse region.

In the suite, you will find tourist booklets about the city of Toulouse as well as a map of the city. These documents are free to consult, please leave them after use.

Adults only - Pets not allowed - Non-smoking studio, ashtray on the terrace table. Smoking allowed on the deck. We can't park the car on the terrace.

There are several cats in the neighborhood, so be careful not to lock them in the studio or car without realizing it.
